Prices and availability
Website prices are starting guidance on the basis shown. A final price can change with dates, rooming, passenger ages, flights, currency movement and supplier availability. We state the quotation validity and any known variable before payment.
Changes by the traveller
A requested name, date, room, route or service change may create a supplier fee or price difference. We explain the available option and cost before applying the change.
Operational changes
Weather, transport, government restrictions, safety or supplier operations may require a different sequence or equivalent service. The operations team prioritises safety and the overall purpose of the journey.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide accurate names and passenger details, hold valid passports and visas, obtain suitable insurance and medical advice, follow local law and notify us of relevant dietary, mobility or health needs in time for supplier checks.
Third-party suppliers
Hotels, airlines, transporters, guides and activity operators provide the contracted travel services. Their applicable rules are identified in the quotation; Make My Way remains your point of coordination for the booked arrangement.
